Norilsk Nickel to pay dividend for 9 month of 2013

Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (the EGM) of MMC Norilsk Nickel (MMC Norilsk Nickel or the Company) was held in Moscow on December 20, 2013. Following Board’s recommendations the EGM approved payment of interim dividends for 9 months of 2013 in the amount of RUB 220.7 per ordinary share.

In accordance with Russian law the Company will pay the dividends within 60 days after the date of the shareholders’ approval.
