Zubtsovsky Machinery Plant to increase production

In 2012 Zubtsovsky Machinery Plant has kept the output of titanium products on the level of 2011 year (naturally). Revenues have increased by 19% in funds value, which could be explained by increasing of the deeply processed product share in sales volume.

The following products were shipped to consumers:
- Double and triple re-melting titanium ingots, as well as the electrodes – 137,4 tons;
- Different alloy grades of titanium bars and titanium wire – 29,5 tons.

Ferrotitanium production in 2012 has composed 1.692,8 tons (shipped to export from this tonnage - 92%). According to these figures, Zubtsovsky Machinery Plant holds the second position among the Russian exporters after VSMPO-Avisma Corporation, despite of some decrease of output.

Ferromolybdenum production has grown twice in comparison with 2011 year and has reached 326 tons.

The output of aluminum extruded profiles has grown by 9% and composed 1.020,0 tons in 2012.

In 2013 Zubtsovsky Machinery Plant to change titanium products sales structure by further increasing of deep processing share in total output, namely the production of sorted rolled bars (including high-precision machining) and welding wire. The new work shop project for rounded bars production with diameters up to 150 mm is in stage of development and elaboration now as well as the necessary completed equipment is in the search.

2013 expected production volume:
- titanium products (ingots, bars, wire) – 357, 0 tons;
- ferroalloys – 2.000,0 tons;
- aluminum profile – 1.310,0 tons.
