Results of meeting of Board of Directors of MMC Norilsk Nickel

The regular in-person meeting of the Board of Directors of OJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel took place. The following resolutions were adopted.

The Board of Directors approved the list of nominees proposed for voting at the Annual General Meeting of MMC Norilsk Nickel by shareholders owing not less than 2% of the Company shares.
