Izhorskie Zavody become wins “Made in Russia” contest

Izhorskie Zavody, part of OMZ Group, won “Made in Russia” 2011 award.

Izhorskie Zavody submitted for the competition its R-0101 reactor for 4100 hydrocracking unit. Hydrocracking reactors R-0101 and R-0102 were manufactured in 2010 for OAO TANEKO, which builds an oil refinery in Nizhnekamsk. Thus, Izhorskie Zavody have mastered the production of petrochemical pressure vessels under ASME code. The vessels are produced from perspective 2.25Cr-1Mo-0,25V steel grade, which is now the main material for the manufacture of new generation petrochemical reactors, designed for deep oil refining and production of high quality fuel (standard Euro 4 and Euro 5).

Earlier with this reactor, Izhorskie Zavody won the contest “Made in St. Petersburg”, which was held in September 2011. This contest is the first stage of the federal competition “Made in Russia”. The main goal of the contest is to encourage the best enterprises of Russia to make high-quality products, goods, works and services for special contribution to the socio-economic development.

The awarding ceremony of the contest “Made in Russia” will take place on March 14, 2012 in the State Duma.
