Izhorskiye Zavody wins tenders on delivery of equipment to Russian NPPs

Izhorskiye Zavody, part of OMZ Group, won several tenders for the supply of primary circuit equipment for Russian nuclear power plants under construction: the 4-th unit for Rostovskaya NPP and 2 units for Baltiyskaya NPP.

Izhorskiye Zavody will manufacture and supply to the 4th unit of Rostovskaya NPP, which is under construction, accumulators for emergency cooling system of tank zone (SAOZ), equipment and embedded parts for inspection shafts and scantlings for compressed fuel storage.

For the 2nd power unit of Baltiyskaya NPP Izhorskiye Zavody produced housing for the reactor with internals and the cover of the upper block, as well as support and thrust ring, designed to secure the reactor pressure vessel in position. In addition, the company will manufacture pressure compensators for both units of the NPP.
