Casting-Rolling Complex OMC summed up production results for the last 8 months 2011

Casting-Rolling Complex (located in the Vyksa district, the Nizhniy Novgorod region, part of OMC, JSC) increased manufacture of hot-rolled coils during January-August 2011by 17% up to 721k tons as compared to the corresponding period 2010. Also, from the beginning of current year, it has produced 123k tons of sheets and 143k tons of strip.

In January-August 2011 total shipments of hot-rolled coil, sheet and strip amounted to 714k tons, which is 18% higher yoy.

In August 2011, Casting-Rolling Complex, produced 91k tons of hot rolled coils (34% up), 17k tons of sheet and 13ktons of strip. During the reported period, 96k tons were shipped to consumers, which is 39.6% higher compared to August 2010.
