VSMPO-Avisma and AVIC signed an agency agreement

VSMPO-Avisma Corporation and AVIC International Holding Corporation, Beijing (People’s Republic of China), one of affiliate companies of state owned Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) signed an Agency Agreement for sales of titanium and aluminium semi-finished products manufactured by VSMPO-Avisma Corporation in PRC.

AVIC International Holding Corporation (before reorganization named as China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation (CATIC) has been an agent of VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation since 2003 when the first Agency Agreement was signed.

The Agency Agreement signed yesterday will be the fourth one after commencement of the cooperation between the companies. This agreement will be in force for three years and valid till May 2014.

AVIC International deals in the following businesses like the import and export of aviation products, international cooperation, technology exchange, technology introduction, material and equipment purchase to fulfill the requirement of aviation technology and equipment, the demand of domestic and oversea customers. AVIC International has been long engaged in aviation products trading, spare parts supporting, flight training and after sales service, possesses abundant knowledge of technology, management and international commerce.
