UC Rusal’s application against Trafigura granted by US District Court of Connecticut 

Trafigura AG is required to produce relevant emails to which it has access, including in its offices outside the United States, within 10 days, and to produce witnesses for depositions within 17 days of the Court’s order. The court granted the discovery in aid of Rusal’s pending actions in the courts of Russia, the Nevis court and the London Court of International Arbitration.

Rusal will continue to defend its shareholder interests and protect the rights of other minority shareholders of Norilsk Nickel by all available legal means.
