Coke production in the Kemerovo region grew 16%

Reportedly, production of coke by a high temperature carbonization method in the Kemerovo region grew 16% to 5235k tons in January – October 2010 as compared to a corresponding period 2009. Coke production in October 2010 reached 516k tons (-3% against October 2009; +3% m-t-m 2010). The production capacity of Koks, JSC, the largest coke producer in the region reaches 2.85M t/y.
