VSMPO-Avisma has good prospects for development

Titanium demand will grow at the expense of new airplanes manufacture, such as В787, А380 and А350. Therefore the titinium semi-products market which basic consumer is the aerospace industry is very perspective. The titanium prices can grow to $65-70 thousand per 1 ton, positively having affected activity of the VSMPO-Avisma Corporation.

VSMPO-Avisma Corporation has good positions in the titanium market, in particular, because it has the long-term contracts with the largest aviamanufacturers. For example, Boeing will buy at VSMPO-Avismy titanium for $18 billion.

As a whole VSMPO-Avisma plans to make 22 thousand тons in 2010 that by 10% above total 2009 Its investment program assumes increasing of titanium output to 46 thousand tonn by 2016.
