Avisma hadn’t sold magnesium per dumping prices in USA

U.S. Department of Commerce determined that Avisma hadn’t sold magnesium per dumping prices has published the final results of antidumping review for import of magnesium from Russia. This review was related to import to the United States in the period from April 1, 2008 to March 31, 2009. U.S. Department of Commerce calculated zero rate for Avisma.

After field check of Avisma and its subsidiary, VSMPO-Tirus (USA), and after parties’ submission of answering notes ad rem, based upon the final results U.S. Department of Commerce determined that Avisma hadn’t sold magnesium per dumping prices at the market in the period of 2008-2009.
