Stupino Metallurgical Company puts new cutting line into operation

Stupino Metallurgical Company has put into operation a long-cut aluminium alloys lagging sheets cutting line as part of the RusSpetsStal investment program aimed at modernization of production facilities and extending of its high tech products range. Launching of this production is one of the key stages in the RusSpetsStal production program.
As a result of the modernization the production program of the company now includes high strength aluminium alloys lagging sheets with width up to 2.2 m and length up to 9.5 m for the whole range of thicknesses from 0.5 up to 4 mm for the aircraft industry. Reportedly this type of product will be used in Sukhoi Superjet 100 Project as well.
