ChTPZ Completes Acquisition of 100% of PNTZ

In accordance with Article 84.8 of the Federal Law on Joint Stock Companies on December 25, 2008 OJSC Chelyabinsk Tube-Rolling Plant completed the procedure for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of OJSC Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant under its earlier mandatory offer to redeem the shares, thus fully discharging its obligations to minority shareholders.
