European Commission extended divestiture period in respect of Highveld’s vanadium assets
Evraz Group announces that the Commission of the European Communities has further extended until 20 April 2008 the divestiture period during which Highveld Steel and Vanadium Corporation Limited (“Highveld”), South Africa, is obliged to dispose of certain vanadium assets of Highveld.
