AvtoVAZ, VSMPO-Avisma and Itera to Develop a Joint Energy Venture

VSMPO-Avisma and AvtoVAZ, controlled by Rosoboronexport, will create jointly with the oil and gas company Itera a joint venture to provide themselves with electricity.

This announcement was made by Head of Rosoboronexport Sergey Chemezov. He reminded that Rosoboronexport has some energy assets at AvtoVAZ and VSMPO.
