Q107 consolidated revenue could reach $1 bln

Pipe Metallurgical Company  intends to report around $1 bln consolidated revenue for Q107, according to the company’s CEO Konstantin Semerikov, who also expects that gross profit will total $330 mln.

According to analytic’s estimates, TMK’s consolidated 2007 revenue will top $4 bln, and climb 20-25% on the previous year, thanks primarily to high prices for pipe products, as well as to bigger output.

For the record, TMK’s rollout strategy calls for a substantial increase in pipe products (OCTG) for the O&G sector. Experts estimate that by 2012 output of these products will exceed 1.7 mln t In 2007-2010, total investments in rolling out production at TMK plants will amount to around $1 bln.
