Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) has announced it is planning to have its GDRs representing its common shares listed on the London Stock Exchange as part of its global placement of the already existing and newly issued shares and GDRs. The flotation will take the form of an offering to institutional investors outside Russia, and an offering in Russia. ABN AMRO Rothschild, Morgan Stanley and Renaissance Capital are global coordinators and bookrunners, with Gazprombank acting as co-lead manager.
