The Company Coverico Holdings Co. Limited has purchased 12,18% of shares of Norilsk Nickel, a mining and metallurgical company. Before the transaction Coverico share was 0%. Interros press-service has informed that the changes in stockholders are of technical character and they will not cause any redistribution in the main beneficiaries’ interests.
