Kamastal received certificates of Lloyd’s Register
Kamastal (a subsudiary of Motovilikha Plants) has been tested for compliance with the requirements of Lloyd's Register and included in its catalog.

Kamastal received Lloyd's Register certificates for steelmaking and semi-finished products (ingots and blooms) manufacturing as well as forgings in carbon, carbon-manganese and alloy steels. This gives Kamastal the ability to export forgings to manufacturers of critical parts and components for shipbuilding and other branches of engineering.

«We are in the talks with companies from Europe and Scandinavia,» said Igor Elik, Head of Forging Sales Department at Motovilikha Plants.

And for the Russian buyers, Lloyd's Register certificate is the special quality mark, he added.

Lloyd's Register have tested all Kamastal's production capacity and technologies, technical documentation and products. The certificate is valid until September 2019.

It should be noted that the rules of certification of Lloyd's Register tightened considerably in the past few years.

Earlier Kamastal received certificates of Det Norske Veritas, Norway and American Bureau of Shipping, USA.
