New associated company of VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation

PSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation announced of an associated company promotion – LLC AVISMA- Kosmos.

The associated company will be involved in power transfer using facilities and equipment of power substation “Kosmos”, commissioning of which is planned in the end of 2010.

Power substation capacity is estimated at 450 MW. Taking into consideration titanium production development, internal consumption of AVISMA affiliate will not exceed 50 % of “Kosmos” rated power transfer capacity. Remaining 50% of this capacity is supposed to be used for power supply to outside organizations.
