Evraz Borrows US$404 Million from Nordea Bank for Four Years

Evraz Group (LSE: EVR) ("Evraz") announces that its subsidiaries have drawn down on the loan facilities from Nordea Bank totalling US$404 million which are due to mature in June 2014.

The proceeds have been used to repay Nordea Bank’s loans in the amount of US$357 million that were due in the fourth quarter of 2010, as well as certain other short-term debt.

This transaction is in line with Evraz's policy of substituting the short-term debt with longer-term maturities.
