Production of copper rod is launched in the Sverdlovsk-region

Today in Kamensk-Ural (Sverdlovsk region) have been held the official launch of production of copper rod for manufacture of electrical products with a diameter of 1,50 mm and above.
The output of the new enterprise amounts to 18 thousand tonnes of copper rod per year (or 1.5 tonnes per month), and it is called "Kamenskaya rod”. The equipment was delivered from Italy.
At the ceremony of launching attended officials led by Alexander Petrov, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Industry of the Sverdlovsk Region.
