| | Transfer of the CZP Shareholders’ Register
JSC Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant (CZP) announces that, with effect from Today, 23 November 2009, it is terminating the appointment of its current shareholders’ registrar, Closed Joint-Stock Company “Registrar Intraco”, and appointing as its replacement Closed Joint-Stock Company “VRK”.
