Controlling shareholders of NF Holdings B.V to close transaction for sale of 100% of NF Holdings B.V

According to information obtained by CZP, the controlling shareholders of NF Holdings B.V., which owns a controlling interest in CZP, have closed the transaction for the sale of 100% of NF Holdings B.V. The purchasers under the transaction are a consortium of independent investors, including two major non-ferrous metals producer groups: UMMC (Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company) and RMC (Russian Copper Company).
